If you would like to be a volunteer at the 2016 FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament that will take place in Turin, from 4 to 9 July, please fill in the following form.

Please note that it will be used by the organisers for a first selection of volunteers and does not guarantee any actual participation in the event.

By filling in this form, the applicant will take full responsibility of ensuring his/her participation in the event if the request is confirmed.

Granting total availability during the event will be deemed as additional merit.
